If you want a different size, email me and I'd be happy to create it for you.
The Interactive Advertising Bureau lists has two dozen ad sizes. Creating that many sizes is not that difficult. But testing them all would be quite time consuming. So I think it's wise to work smarter.
I believe in the Pareto Principle (also known as the 80/20 rule), that states for many events roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Don't take the 80/20 figure literally though. It merely implies that a small cause/input/effort produces a disproportionately large effect/output/result. I used this principle to increase business income by 207% in just over 18 months.
Adpiler analyzed
600 billion ad impressions from multiple ad exchanges and inventory sources in January 2017. They discovered the top five ad sizes accounted for 80% of ad impressions.
Based on Adpiler's findings, I think it would be wise to start with the top five ad sizes.
Adpiler also discovered the ad impression share in the United States were:
Again using the Pareto Principle, it makes sense to start with advertising on the Web because it covers the majority of ad impressions.
Below are a selection of banners for you to test. Look out for more banner designs in the coming weeks and months.
If you're going to promote Giigs using display ads, then advertising on the Google Display Network would be a place to start. They serve an estimated 30 billion ads a day on two million websites. Here are the top five performing ad sizes on the Google AdSense network, according to Google.
The 300x250 medium rectangle ad performs well when embedded within text content or at the end of articles.
The 336x280 large rectangle ad performs well when embedded within text content or at the end of articles.
The 728x90 leaderboard ad performs well if placed above main content and on forum sites.
The 300x600 half page ad is one of the fastest growing sizes by impressions.
The 320x100 large mobile banner can be used an alternative to the 320x50 and 300x250 ad.

WordStream analyzed
612 of the best ads for $60 million in Google Ads (previously AdWords) ad spend and here are two interesting findings that I used to create the Google ads.
Here are some popular "make money" related search terms and average monthly searches for Google USA, according to the Google Keyword Planner.
Here are some sample ads to give you ideas.
If you've never heard of PPV (Pay-Per-View), it's basically pop-up advertising. The ads are typically served as a result of adware being installed on a user's computer. When a user visits a webpage or conducts a search on their web browser, a pop-up window appears with the advertiser's landing page in it. They are charged for the view by the visitor, hence the term, "pay per view." PPV is more intrusive than other forms of advertising so conversion rates are typically lower. But they do convert.
If you are new to PPV and want to learn about it, the best website I found is PPV Guru. It's not free though. Membership starts at £39.95 (~$53) and goes up to £99 (~$131) per month for full access to the forum and PPV campaigns. I was a SuperVIP Gold member (£99/month) for eighteen months.
They also offer a CPA network with a few dozen offers. I found limited success with a few offers. The payouts were typically lower than on other CPA networks because I think (I might be wrong) they take their cut of the payout they get on those other networks. The upside is that as a PPV Guru member you have guaranteed access to those offers, which is useful if you are not members of the networks that have the offer.
I can share with you that I had earned over $200,000 in commissions promoting online MMO games on PPV networks. That's not to boast. I share that figure with you to show you PPV can be a profitable source of traffic.
After a couple of years, a combination of the offers ageing, payouts being slashed, and traffic quality falling, it got to the point where it was no longer providing a decent ROI and I stopped promoting MMO games on PPV networks. I was only promoting one niche, MMO games. Other niches, such as "making money," might produce a better ROI, so it could work for Giigs.
Here are my top five PPV networks, based on my experience of spending well in excess of $100,000 on over 1,500 campaigns. Don't take them as recommendations though. Do your own due diligence.
I never found success with pop-under networks, so I honestly can't recommend any. I'm not fond of pop-under advertising but I won't stop you if you want to give it a go.
If you own any parked domains that you think might convert well for Giigs, then please forward the traffic to Giigs using your ClickBank HopLink. Don't forget to add the domain as a Tracking ID to the end of your HopLink to track sales.
If you're looking for a reputable domain registrar, please consider www.domain-registration-bank.com, which has served 1,245 happy customers since 2008. That is my Wild West Domains reseller site, which is part of GoDaddy, a $12 billion publicly traded company.
I always set the prices to the lowest possible because I want to pay the lowest prices possible. Plus, I want my customers to get the lowest prices possible as well.
If you register a domain on my Domain Registration Bank website and have any issues with your order, you can email me for help and I can look into it for you. Of course, you also have the 24/7 phone and email support provided by Wild West Domains.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
* The photos used in the banners are licensed from Depositphotos. If you are looking for a few images and want a huge library of high quality images and/or videos to choose from, then consider Depositphotos, Inc.. Their on demand plans start from 10 images for $49. Similar sites mainly offer monthly/yearly subscription plans which I am not a fan of. If you only want to buy a limited number of images, then I can recommend Depositphotos. Look out for cool deals such as 100 images for $100 which I jumped on like a hungry dog.
