- One year driving experience.
- Good motor vehicle record:
- No recent accidents.
- No major violations in the last three years.
- Maximum two recent moving violations.
- No history of non-payment.
- Clean criminal record:
- No felonies.

- No major controlled substance.
- Vehicle requirements:
- No salvage or reconstructed titles.
- Pass a 19-point vehicle inspection.
- Personal auto insurance with your name.
- You pay for general maintenance, including flat tires, oil changes, windshield wipers, steering fluid, tire pressure and rotation, brakes, and a clean car at the start of the rental.
