Earn $8,000 on your first egg donation, and $10,000 on subsequent donation cycles with Growing Generations.
You receive $750 when you begin injectable cycle preparation medications, and the balance after completing your egg retrieval, regardless of the number of eggs retrieved.
About 85% of Growing Generations' intended parents work with a doctor in Southern California. So, if you live outside of Southern California, there is a good chance you will need to travel.
Additional compensation:

Cancellation fee: you keep the $750 already paid as a cancellation fee, if a cycle is cancelled through no fault of your own.
Legal fees: $500 to $750 to cover your attorney's fees for independent legal advice.
Reimbursement of mileage and parking for appointments.
If you have to fly to the treating physician, Growing Generation pay your:

coach airfare, hotel, meals ($75 per day), and ground transportation
companion's coach airfare and 3 days of meal allowances ($75 per day) for the egg retrieval (they share hotel and ground transportation with you)

Screening, medications, and medical expenses are paid for by the intended parent.
$500 compensation, if you agree to meet an intended parent.
Egg Donor accident insurance policy covers you for up to $250,000, with no deductible.
Ovary Loss Insurance Rider pays $2,500 for each ovary, in the unlikely event you have to undergo an Oophorectomy (the removal of one or both ovaries).

Aged 21 to 30.
Growing Generations prefer donors who are creative, intelligent and charismatic, along with being culturally and ethnically diverse.
Photos.
Valid ID.
Education verification.
Psychological and genetic screening.
Medical screening.
Commit 2 to 4 months for the selection by a future parent to completion of your egg donation.
Your sexual partners must undergo infectious disease screening into a local lab, paid for by the intended parents.
